Though you must marinate the beef in advance prep time is very short and this meal is loved by all in my family. And has very few ingredients.
Ingredients’:
• 1pdPound steak (thinly sliced)
• 1T. Cooking oil
• 3T.lemon juice
• 3/4c.soy sauce
• 2 large bell peppers (sliced]
• 1 large onion (sliced)
• 1 can stewed tomatoes
1. Marinate steak overnight in half soy sauce and 2 table spoon’s of lemon juice.
2. Add oil to medium frying pan or wok; add steak and remaining lemon juice and soy sauce. Cook for 20 to 15 minute’s
3. Add tomato’s
4. Add bell pepper and onion’s and sauté till tender.(try not to over cook onion’s)
Serve over rice and your family will thank you.
This meal can also be modified by using chicken or sausage in the place of beef for a leaner and healthier meal.
